Although it may seem that for dietary purposes Jewish people don’t eat yeast ridden food for a week, however the truth is there is actually a biblical story behind the week of no bread! This blog entry is dedicated to my good friend Marcia Lyons. Every year Marcia hosts a decadent, flavor filled Pesach at her apartment! As she is in the kitchen cooking away all those dried herbs, hard boiled eggs and my favorite: matzo ball soup, I’m in the dining room prepping the center pieces for the table! Take a look!

Now onto the story of Pesach! For those of you who never watched the Rugrats episode about Passover, now is your chance! Not sure if they still play it on Nickelodeon, but it sure is a good one, and informative too!
